NCR Student Late Arrival Slip Duplicate Book A6

Our No Carbon Required (NCR) Student Late Arrival book is ideal for all your student/pupil record keeping requirements. With space to record School Name, Student Name, Class, Date, Time, Action, Signature, Time of arrival, Reason for being late and issued by. At a handy size of A6 which is 148mm x 105mm so would easily fit in blazer pocket. Easy to use as the top copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is stitched and bound with tape on the left hand edge (short edge) for a traditional finish.  All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield.
