Cherry Printers Customised NCR duplicate Accident Report Book is an essential requirement for anyone needing to keep a record of any accidents / incidents on their premises. With a nice, easy to follow layout with sections for information on person reporting the incident, about the incident, details of any personal injuries and information about the person who was injured. At a handy size of A5 which is 148mm x 210mm. Easy to use as the top copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is stitched and bound with tape on the left hand edge (long edge) for a traditional finish. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield.
