NCR Accident Report Book A4 Triplicate

Cherry Printers NCR Accident Report Triplicate Book is an essential requirement for anyone needing to keep a record of any accidents / incidents on there premises. With a nice, easy to follow layout with sections for information on person reporting the incident, about the incident, details of any personal injuries and information about the person who was injured. Sized A4 which is 210mm x 297mm. Easy to use as the top & middle copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is stitched and bound with tape on the left hand edge (long edge) for a traditional finish. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield. As of 1.11.19 we are now using Carbon Balanced Paper in conjunction with World Land Trust to reduce the carbon impacts of our printed products, reducing our carbon footprint and impact on climate change.
