NCR Legionella Risk Assessment Duplicate Book A4 - ACoP L8 Compliant

Our No Carbon Required (NCR) Legionella Risk Assessment Form is ideal for any landlord or business which needs to identify the risk of Legionella in the water supply. 
Sized A4 which is 210mm x 297mm and duplicate sets so you can write on the top white sheet which will automatically transfer through to the sheet underneath.
Easy to use as the top copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is stitched and bound with tape at the head (short edge) for a traditional finish. With plenty of space and information to give a very detailed risk assessment. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield. As of 1.11.19 we are now using Carbon Balanced Paper in conjunction with World Land Trust to reduce the carbon impacts of our printed products, reducing our carbon footprint and impact on climate change.

A Legionella risk assessment evaluates the potential for Legionella bacteria to grow and spread in water systems, posing a risk to human health, particularly Legionnaires' disease. This assessment identifies vulnerabilities, risk factors like stagnant water or inadequate temperature control, and recommends control measures to minimise exposure

It assesses existing measures to manage the risk, including maintenance practices and temperature control

Recommended actions:
The assessment provides recommendations for improving water system management and reducing the risk of Legionnaires' disease. 

Legal requirement:
Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Approved Code of Practice for The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems (L8), employers and landlords have a duty to conduct a Legionella risk assessment. 

Importance of competence:
The risk assessment should be carried out by a competent person with knowledge of water systems and Legionella control.
