Cherry Printers Customised NCR Worksheet Report Book is a handy addition to your business stationery. With your company details preprinted for a professional finish and saves time when filling in. At a handy size of A4 which is 210mm x 297mm. Easy to use as the top & middle copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is stitched and bound with tape on the left hand edge (long edge) for a traditional finish. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield.

• 1 - PLEASE SELECT YES OR NO TO " REPEAT - ARTWORK EXACTLY AS PREVIOUS", only select yes if you have had the same book before and want the artwork exactly the same
• 2 - Type in all of the relevant information you would like on the form, all boxes DO NOT have to be filled if not needed
• 3-  Include any additional information in the "additional notes" box if required
• 4-  UPLOAD YOUR LOGO OR IMAGE IF REQUIRED - you can upload your logo or image to be included in the design. (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT FOR UPLOADING FULL CUSTOM ARTWORK)
• 5- A proof will be sent before printing unless the job is an exact repeat.
