Cherry Printers No Carbon Required (NCR) School Accident/Incident Report Duplicate books are ideal for all your first aid, safety & record keeping requirements. Easy to use as both copies are perforated for easy removal and filed accordingly to your GDPR policy, keeping information confidential and compliant. At a handy size of A5 which is 210mm x 148mm. It is stitched and bound with tape on the top (short edge) for a traditional finish. With plenty of space and information to give a very detailed account of the accident / incident and also a diagram to show location of injury. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield.

• 2 - Type in all of the relevant information you would like on the form, all boxes DO NOT have to be filled if not needed

• 5- A proof will be sent before printing unless the job is an exact repeat.
