Cherry Printers No Carbon Required (NCR) School Accident/Incident Report Triplicate books are ideal for all your first aid, safety & record keeping requirements. Easy to use as all copies are perforated for easy removal and filed accordingly to your GDPR policy keeping information confidential and compliant. At a handy size of A5 which is 210mm x 148mm. It is stitched and bound with tape on the top (short edge) for a traditional finish. With plenty of space and information to give a very detailed account of the accident / incident and also a diagram to show location of injury. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield.
