Our Weekly Meal Planner is a great solution for planning your meals for the week and is good for getting the kids involved. 7 days to view per page with a perforated shopping list for easy tear off. 

It has 55 pages printed to one side, so a full years worth with a few spare pages. 

Paper is high quality 120gsm which means that writing will not be visible through the page. 

Sized A4 which is 210mm x 297mm. 

The book is glued along the top, so easy to remove page at end of the week. 

As of 1.11.19 we are now using Carbon Balanced Paper in conjunction with World Land Trust to reduce the carbon impacts of our printed products, reducing our carbon footprint and impact on climate change.
