Our Carbonless Tardy Slip Duplicate Book is ideal for all situations.
With 400 slips per book, it offers excellent value for money. 
The book is a size of A4 (8.27" x 11.69").
The student simply fills out the information on the top copy of the tardy slip and the writing is transferred to the copy below. Remove the top copy by folding along the perforation then simply tear out slip to hand to the class teacher.
The bottom copy remains in the book, so you know where to find it should you ever need if for reference. NO MORE LOSING THOSE LOOSE COPIES.

• DUPLICATE COPIES - Student enters information on top copy - which is perforated for easy removal - and information is replicated on lower copy, which remains in the book for your records
