• 2 - Type in all of the relevant information you would like on the form, all boxes DO NOT have to be filled if not needed
• 3-  Include any additional information in the "additional notes" box if required
• 4-  UPLOAD YOUR LOGO OR IMAGE IF REQUIRED - you can upload your logo or image to be included in the design. (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT FOR UPLOADING FULL CUSTOM ARTWORK)
• 5- A proof will be sent before printing unless the job is an exact repeat.
