Simply fill out the information on the top copy of the bus pass and the writing is transferred to the copy below. Remove the top copy by folding along the perforation then simply tear out slip to hand to the class teacher.
The bottom copy remains in the book, so you know where to find it should you ever need if for reference. NO MORE LOSING THOSE LOOSE COPIES.
