Our wellness journal is a great way of keeping a track of your mental health and wellbeing. Keep a note of what was good or not so good about your day and what you can improve tomorrow.

It has 50 pages printed to both sides. Paper is high quality 120gsm which means that writing will not be visible through the page. Sized A5 which is 210mm x 148mm. The book is wirobound on the left hand side so pages keep secure in book. As of 1.11.19 we are now using Carbon Balanced Paper in conjunction with World Land Trust to reduce the carbon impacts of our printed products, reducing our carbon footprint and impact on climate change.
